Proof reading / Grammar checking

You've got the ideas, you've done the research. Don't waste it all by submitting your work in a form that people might not understand.

I provide practical help with structuring, wording and proof reading of theses, dissertations, essays, reports and other documents. This generally involves going through your writing with you, discussing it and amending it together as necessary.

I am competent to tackle (probably) any subject. In the past, I have assisted with works about medicine, computer science, mechanical engineering, finance and Islamic architecture.

My own background is in languages and, of course, teaching. I have a BA in Italian & Russian and an MSc in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations. I have also studied marketing and journalism and I have been teaching English as a foreign language for nearly 20 years.

The service is very thorough and of much greater use than simply spotting typing mistakes and grammatical errors. Ensuring your work is in smooth, clear, correct English can make the difference between failure and success.
