I have been teaching English as a foreign language for nearly 20 years and I still love it! As I've explained on the home page, I decided to close JMJ, the school I ran and taught at for 12 of those years, because I want to travel again. I suspect I'll end up giving English lessons wherever I go but I'm also working more and more on the internet.

If you are looking for a teacher to teach you English, I'm very sorry that we can't help you any more.

However, what I will soon be able to offer you is a fantastic website (I've been working very hard on it!) where you can find all sorts of materials to help you learn English by yourself. You will be able to download articles, written exercises, stories, grammatical explanations, audio files and lots of other carefully thought-out materials to support, stretch and stimulate you in your acquisition of English.

As soon as the site is ready, I'll let you know. In the meantime, I wish you well in your studies and I apologise again for no longer being available to teach you in person.
